Shimla, July 7: The Himachal Pradesh High Court bench hearing the petition filed by RTI activist Dev Asis Bhattacharya stayed the disclosure of details of land purchases made by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, daughter of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. The RTI activist had demanded the immediate disclosure of the details of land purchased by Priyanka Gandhi. The High Court bench hearing the plea filed by Bhattacharya stayed the order of state information commission of disclosing the details. The court declared August 7 as the next date of hearing.

Bhattacharya argued that such information about the property of any person cannot be withheld and even the Prime Minister and other VVIPs declare details of their immovable properties while filing the nominations. Earlier, the state information commission had agreed to Bhattacharya’s RTI plea and had ordered the First Appellate Authority (FAA) to release the information relating to the land deal of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra near Shimla. (READ: Sonia Gandhi parries queries on Priyanka Gandhi) However, the FAA denied the information to Bhattacharya on grounds that Priyanka was a protectee under Special Protection Group (SPG)Act. Under the act proximate security shall be provided to the immediate family members of current and former Prime Ministers. However, FAA did not elaborate on the manner in which disclosing her land purchase details would breach her security.

अमेठी – प्रियांका आणि रॉबर्ट वडरा यांचा मुलगा रेहान याचे अमेठीतील काही फोटो सध्या सोशल मिडीया व्हायरल झाले असून रेहान अमेठीतील एका गावात अगदी साध्या वेशात आणि त्या गावातीलच एक व्यक्ती वाटत असलेल्या लूकमध्ये दिसतो आहे. हायप्रोफाईल लोकांचा हा मुलगा निदान या फोटॊंमध्येतरी अगदीच साधा दिसतो आहे. इतकेच नाहीतर रेहानने या गावातील एका घरी जेवण सुद्धा केले आहे.
रेहानला गावातील संस्कृती, परंपरा या कळाव्यात यासाठी गांधी परीवाराने रेहानला आणि त्याच्या काही मित्रांना अमेठीतील एका गावात सुट्टी घालवण्यासाठी पाठवल्याचे कळते. १५ वर्षीय रेहानने आपल्या मित्रांसमवेत ५ ते ७ जुलै दरम्यान अमेठीमधील एका खेड्यात काही दिवस सुट्टी घालवली. रेहान याने गौरीगंज येथील कौहार गावाच्या माजी सरपंचाच्या घरी जेवण केले आणि रात्रीचा मुक्कामही तिथेच केला.

रेहानने आपल्या मित्रांसोबत खाण्याचा आनंदही लुटला. स्थानिक लोकांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, रेहानने चपाती आणि भाजीसोबतच सकाळी न्याहारीमध्ये दह्यासोबत आलू पराठा घेतला. तसेच सप्पराच्या घरात मच्छरदानी लावून बाजावर रेहान झोपल्याचे गावकऱ्यांनी सांगितले. प्रियांका गांधी यांच्या मुलाला पाहण्यासाठी गावकरी देखील उत्सुक होते.
